How to add scroll to Top Button in blogger.
Step 1.
Go to you blogger layout and click on it.
Step 2:
Then Click on Add Gadget .
Now Click on Html/Javascript and add below code in it .
And then Click on save view your blog. You will see a scroll to Top Button.
